  • Directions: Adults only: Take one 30ml bottle per day, in the morning after breakfast. Shake bottle well before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose of one bottle per day. For a healthy balanced lifestyle, use 1 full pack per month, seven bottles in a seven day period once a month. For a period of intense training activity, take six packs in a six week period. This equates to 42 bottles in 42 days, then have a one month break before your next bottle.
