Hemp Seed Oil is a source of both the essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids, alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids, and also contains a small percentage of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It can be taken long term to help maintain a balanced intake of fatty acids. Vitamin E is an antioxidant.
