Tisso's unique combination of L-carnitine plus acetyl-L-carnitine In addition to the tried and true L-carnitine, Pro Carnitin by TISSO contains the neuroactive acetyl-L-carnitine. The acetylated form can cross the blood-brain barrier and is therefore known as “L-carnitine of the brain”.
